J.D. Williamson - Cartoon Art/Stories

Award winning cartoonist and storyteller J.D. Williamston offers many talents for a variety of shows: "True and Tall Tales of West Virginia and Ohio", "The Reading Express with Johann Gutenberg", "Geometry with J.D.", "Young Ben Franklin: "Editorial Cartooning", Thomas Nast: Civil War Artist" and "Geography: Famous People from Around the World".

Age level: Grades K-6; time: 45 minutes; availability: flexible with notice

J.D. Williamson received a B.A. in Fine Arts from Berea College; he recently performed eight original stories and sketches for PBS television called, "Read It, Write It Tell It.". J.D. performs at area festivals and in summer reading programs.
